Shipping is calculated based on order's weight. How long until my item ships out? TOP All in stock items are shipped in 1-2 business days. Do I have to pay for my items online? TOP If you do not wish to place an order over the Internet please feel free to call in your order. Purse Envy also accepts personal checks and money orders. Items ordered will be shipped out upon the receipt of payment, and clearing of funds. Bank fees will apply to any insufficient funds. Do you have a catalog? TOP Purse Envy does not have a catalog. New items are always being added, making it unproductive to generate a catalog. Not all Purse Envy merchandise is listed on the Purse Envy Online Accessory Boutique. A variety of different items will be seen at vendor shows. Please contact sales@purse-envy.com with any questions. We are always happy to help. What if my item is out of stock? TOP Purse Envy does its best to keep an accurate inventory of all items for sale. If a product is unavailable or backordered, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. We will refund your money or help you find another item. Does Creations by Willy take custom orders? TOP Yes! Creations by Willy will search for your fabric and create your vision. Baby items, aprons or a crystal business card holder can be customized. Contact us with your size, colors, themes and ideas.
We will send swatches of fabric to you via E-mail for approval. How do I place a custom Creations by Willy order? TOP Please contact us to place a custom order. A 20% custom fee based on the item's normal cost will be charged and a 1/2 down deposit is required.
Once the item is finished you will be E-mailed a photo of your finished product, and it will be shipped to you upon receipt of the remaining balance. How long will it take to receive my Creations by Willy custom order? TOP Custom order finish times depend on quantity of items order and the length of time it takes to find an agreed on fabric. Most small orders can be filled in 2 weeks. Is gift wrapping available? TOP At this time only Creations by Willy items come with gift wrap option. Gift wrapping includes your item(s) wrapped in tissue, placed in a matte black box, tied with a fuschia ribbon - and a personalized notecard.
Purse Envy items purchased as gifts will be delivered wrapped in tissue with a handwritten personalized notecard. |
