To assure that you will not be charged over standard shipping charges, all orders will be reweighed and recalculated after being prepared for shipping. IMPORTANT NOTICE: UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. All products are inspected for defects or damage prior to shipment. It is the buyers responsibility, upon receipt of product(s), to check the merchandise and make sure it is free of defects. Return the item and promptly file a claim. Purse Envy is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
