Damaged merchandise from shipping and handling must be claimed with USPS within 24 hours of receipt. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this to the USPS carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the USPS carrier has left, keep the original shipping box together with all the packing materials. Immediately call USPS to have USPS inspect the damage. Return the item and promptly file a claim. Purse Envy is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
